2. Approve the Card of internal audit (Standard provision on functioning of division of internal audit) (Appendix No. 2).

3. Determine that provisions of the Code of ethics of the internal auditor and the Card of internal audit (Standard provision on functioning of division of internal audit) are obligatory in activities of internal auditors / workers of divisions of internal audit in the public sector.

4. To assign control of observance of provisions of the Code of ethics of the internal auditor and the Card of internal audit by internal auditors / workers of divisions of internal audit of the public sector to the Ministry of Finance.
