About measures for protection of the Russian producers of nickel-containing flat-rolled products from stainless steel
According to the Federal Law "About Special Protective, Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures in case of Commodity Import" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish for a period of 3 years anti-dumping duties on nickel-containing flat-rolled products from stainless steel (in sheets or rolls) with 2,5 nickel content Mas. % or more, coming from the Federal Republic of Brazil, People's Republic of China (including Taiwan and special administrative areas of China Hong Kong and Macau), the Republic of Korea and the Republic of South Africa and imported on the territory of the Russian Federation according to the FEACN CU codes 7219 11 000 0, 7219 21 100 9, 7219 22 100 9, 7219 23 000 9, 7219 24 000 9, 7219 32 100 9, 7219 33 100 9, 7219 34 100 9, 7219 35 100 0, 7219 90 800 9, 7220 11 000 9, 7220 12 000 0, 7220 20 210 0, 7220 20 410 0, 7220 20 810 0, 7220 90 800 0, in sizes according to the appendix N 1.
Action of anti-dumping duties does not extend to kinds of nickel-containing flat-rolled products from stainless steel according to the list according to the appendix N 2.
2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service collection of anti-dumping duty, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, being guided both by the FEACN CU codes, and description of goods.
3. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation together with Federal Antimonopoly Service annually during effective period of anti-dumping duties, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution to perform market research of nickel-containing flat-rolled products from stainless steel and to represent the report on results of the carried-out analysis to the Government of the Russian Federation.
4. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
