2. In this Provision the determinations stated in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of bank deposits (deposits)" are used.
3. In case of approach of warranty case by the Board of directors of the Agency the Tender committee on selection of agent banks (further - the Tender committee) is created which 5 people enter:
