1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about measures for maintenance by insurance holding, and also the large member of the insurance (reinsurance) organization - the physical person owning directly or indirectly more than twenty five percent voting (less exclusive) shares of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, prudential standard rates.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of February 25, 2006 No. 51 "About approval of the Instruction about measures for maintenance by the large member of the insurance (reinsurance) organization owning (having the right to vote) in twenty five and more percent of voting shares of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, prudential standard rates of the insurance (reinsurance) organization" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4179).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
