About establishment of forms of permissions
Based on part seven of Item 18 and part two of Item 49 of the Regulations on turnover of the office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473, of part two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish forms:
permissions to acquisition of civil weapon by the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen and the person without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
permissions to acquisition of civil weapon by the foreign citizen, the person without citizenship, temporarily staying or temporarily living in the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2;
permissions to storage and carrying civil weapon by the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign citizen and the person without citizenship who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.
