About approval of forms of permission to opening of duty-free shop, the statement for its obtaining and decisions on stop of action of permission
In pursuance of paragraph two of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2003 N 1089 "About approval of the Procedure for opening and liquidation of duty-free shops and Rules of sales of goods by duty-free shops" we ORDER:
1. Approve such forms:
form of permission to opening of duty-free shop;
the application form about receipt of permission to opening of duty-free shop;
form of the decision on stop of action of permission to opening of duty-free shop (are applied).
2. Consider invalid Chapter 3 of the Instruction about procedure for issue of permissions to placement and functioning of the companies (organizations) of services industry of passengers of the foreign direction at check points through frontier of Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee on cases of protection of frontier of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 21.05.97 N 203/220 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.06.97 for N 206/2010.
