About approval of the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities when implementing the state export control of separate types of goods by subjects of foreign economic activity
For the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About urgent measures concerning efficiency of collection of the value added tax" of June 23, 2004 N 671/2004, of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2004 N 27754/1/1-04 "About creation of interdepartmental working group for development of complex measures concerning prevention of attempts of illegal commodity export and compensation of the VAT" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities when implementing the state export control of separate types of goods by subjects of foreign economic activity (further - the Procedure).
2. To heads of State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to create permanent working groups to which to assign function of interaction with customs authorities and realization of joint actions within this Procedure.
3. To provide to chiefs of regional customs, customs the admission of staff of divisions of the State Tax Service who are appointed workgroup members according to Item 2 of this order, to customs control zones for accomplishment of the functions determined by this Procedure.
4. To provide to chiefs of regional customs and customs, heads of State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol till 30.07.2004 preparation and signing of joint orders about:
