1. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine of July 12, 2004 as No. 512/387 "About approval of the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities when implementing the state export control of separate types of goods by subjects of foreign economic activity", No. 911/9510, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2004 and of April 6, 2007 No. 289/221 "About modification of the Order of interaction of customs and tax authorities when implementing the state export control of separate types of goods by subjects of foreign economic activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 24, 2007 at No. 414/13681.

2. To department of customs affairs (Dorokhovsky A. N.) and to Department of coordination of rule-making and methodological work on the tax matters (Privalova N. E.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Information communication to department (Semchenko A. V.) provide placement of this order on the official web portal Mindokhodov and illumination of this order in mass media.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
