About approval of the Regulations on the centers of social legal assistance by the minor of law-enforcement bodies
For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of the centers of social legal assistance by the minor of law-enforcement bodies and according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention of neglect and offenses among minors" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the centers of social legal assistance minor law-enforcement bodies according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide systematic control of activities of the centers of social legal assistance by the minor of law-enforcement bodies, render them every possible assistance in implementation of the tasks assigned to them;
together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure regulations of providing with food, clothes, footwear, other objects of ware allowance and soft stock of the minors containing in the centers of social legal assistance the minor of law-enforcement bodies in a month;
in two-month time to bring activities of the centers of social legal assistance by the minor of law-enforcement bodies into compliance with requirements of the Provision approved by this resolution;
in a month to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for the submission to guardianship and custody body of information about children without parental support approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 26, 2008 No. 110 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 5, Art. 23), to state in the following edition:
