According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 11, 2010 No. 250 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further increase in efficiency of social and employment rehabilitation of disabled people the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on the individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person (in the new edition) according to appendix No. 1;
new form of the Individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that the individual programs of rehabilitation of the disabled person of old sample which are drawn up and issued to disabled people to release of this resolution are valid before the next re-examination of disabled people or before the end of realization of the rehabilitation actions specified in them (if disability is established it is termless).
3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in a month the medical labor commissions of experts (MLCE) and the medical and advisory commissions (MAC) new form of the Individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person in necessary quantity;
further expansion of implementation in activities of VTEK and VKK of practice of forming and application of the individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person;
