1. Pozharo-and explosive productions:

1.1. woodworking and pulp-and-paper with area of production room more than 500 sq.m;

1.2. gas-distributing with a productivity more than 50 million cubic meters in days;

1.3. oil pumping with a productivity more than 20 thousand tons per day;

1.4. oil processing with a productivity more than 15 thousand tons per day;

1.5. chemical fibers with production volume more than 100 tons per day;

1.6. paint and varnish products on combustible basis with production volume more than 20 tons per day;

1.7. warehouses of oil, oil products with a total capacity over 20 000 cubic meters;

1.8. power plants and combined heat and power plants with installed capacity more than 100 MW;
