About increase in efficiency of control over the implementation of the legislation on fire safety

Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of increase in efficiency of control over the implementation of the legislation on fire safety, holding fire and preventive actions the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. in the organizations operating pozharo-and explosive productions according to appendix 1, except for of the organizations, having regular fire-proof and (or) rescue divisions or serviced by divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations under agreements with personnel number:

to 100 people - obligations of the fire safety engineer are assigned to one of the workers having the corresponding preparation;

from 100 to 250 people - are entered established post of the fire safety engineer;

over 250 people - are created organizational and regular structure of fire safety engineers;

1.2. in the organizations operating objects with mass stay of people * according to appendix 2, except for of the organizations, having regular fire-proof and (or) rescue divisions or serviced by divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations under agreements with personnel number:

to 50 people - obligations of the fire safety engineer are assigned to one of the workers having the corresponding preparation;

from 50 to 200 people - are entered established post of the fire safety engineer;

over 200 people - are created organizational and regular structure of fire safety engineers.
