About establishment of rates of export customs duties concerning the crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil
According to Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 "About rates of export customs duties" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 716
1. Establish rates of export customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2005 No. 56 "About establishment of procedure for determination of the size of subjects to payment in the budget of the amounts of export customs duties on oil products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 10, 5/15486);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2010 No. 443 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 80, 5/31525).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
