1.1. perform distribution:
from January 1 to August 1, 2011 100 percent of the tariff quotas on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of meat of cattle, fresh or cooled, meat of cattle refrigerated, classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union in goods items 0201 and 0202 (further - beef), pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated and pork trimming, classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union in goods item 0203 (further - pork), and the fowl classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union in goods item 0207 (further - bird), between the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who declared the need for use of the tariff quotas for own production (daleeuchastnik of foreign trade activity) in proportion to the declared amounts on import of beef, pork and bird;
since September 15, 2011 the tariff quotas on import of beef, pork or bird which are not used for August 1, 2011 based on statements of the participants of foreign trade activity who received part of the tariff quotas on import of beef, pork or bird till August 1, 2011 in proportion to the declared amounts;
