About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship"

According to the paragraph third article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2010 "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 148-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on the centers of support of entrepreneurship (are applied);

The regulations on incubators of small business (are applied);

The regulations on organizations of financial support of entrepreneurs (are applied).

2. Determine that the legal entities registered before entry into force of this resolution as the centers of support of entrepreneurship, incubators of small business, organizations of financial support of entrepreneurs, societies of mutual lending of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship shall provide till March 1, 2011 fulfillment of requirements and the conditions established by this resolution and to provide information on their accomplishment in the Ministry of Economics or the relevant registering body.

In case of non-compliance by the legal entity with the obligations provided in part one of this Item, such legal entity is lost by the status of the center of support of entrepreneurship or incubator of small business, and the organization of financial support of entrepreneurs or society of mutual lending of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship is subject to liquidation according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

3. To the Ministry of Economics to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
