for the purpose of ensuring cooperation in creation, use and development of interstate network of information marketing centers for promotion of goods and services on the national markets as one of the priority directions of economic cooperation of the states - members of the CIS on accomplishment of the Plan of the main actions for implementation of the Concept of further development of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of October 5, 2007 and also on accomplishment of the Strategy of economic development of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the period till 2020 approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 14, 2008

confirming the conviction that Creation of interstate network of information marketing centers increases efficiency of social and economic and humanitarian processes, strengthens commercial intercourses, opens access to new opportunities of electronic interaction of the State Parties of the CIS on the basis of equality and mutual advantage,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is holding actions for further creation, use and development of national networks of information marketing centers on the methodological basis approved by the Parties and their consolidation in interstate network for promotion of goods and services of the State Parties of this agreement on their national markets for the purpose of increase in efficiency of foreign economic activity.
