According to articles 6 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" I ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity concerning carrying out the land biddings which are applied.
2. To provide to department of state examination of land management documentation and licensing, Legal department in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to department of information support of work with the public and mass media the publication of this order in mass media.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Goskomzem Levushevsky I. D.
