According to part eight of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of own regulatory legal acts I ORDER:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of August 05, 2009 No. 423 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on work on land management, zemleotsenochny works", No. 821/16837 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2009 (with changes);
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 2, 2010 No. 511 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on work on land management, zemleotsenochny works", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2010 for No. 824/18119;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of October 8, 2010 No. 724 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on carrying out the land biddings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2010 on No. 1125/18420.
2. To department of town planning, architecture and layout of the territories (Belous S. Ya.) and to Department of normative legal regulation (Vernigor Yu. Yu.) together with Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory (Martynyuk M. P.) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
