About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks

According to Articles 18, "About telecommunications" the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine SOLVED 44 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks which are applied.

2. Charge to Department of licensing and radio frequencies to submit together with Legal management the decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to department of ensuring activities after state registration promulgation of the decision on the NKRS website and in official byulletn of NKRS.

4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
