In pursuance of the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.07.2009 N 737 "About actions for ordering of administrative services" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Standard of provision of administrative service in approval on export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine of precious metals, gemstones, their scrap and waste as raw materials supplied by the customer (further - the Standard) which is applied.

2. And assay supervision (Dikhtyarenko S. V.) to submit to department of the state regulation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. From media and public relations (Teterin O. M.) to provide to department of interaction placement of the Standard on the official website of the Ministry on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Shevchenko Yu. I.
