1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
of January 17, 2002 No. 34 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for approval of export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine of precious metals, gemstones, their scrap and waste as raw materials supplied by the customer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2002 for No. 65/6353;
of January 25, 2010 No. 29 "About modification of the Regulations on procedure for approval of export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine of precious metals, gemstones, their scrap and waste as raw materials supplied by the customer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 04, 2010 for No. 132/17427;
of November 29, 2010 No. 1478 "About approval of the Standard of provision of administrative service in approval on export out of limits of customs area of Ukraine of precious metals, gemstones, their scrap and waste as raw materials supplied by the customer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 16, 2010 for No. 1274/18569.
2. (Klepchukov V. P.) to provide to department of state policy in the field of assay supervision, documents of the strict reporting and lottery activities in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
