1. Approve enclosed:

federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on average across the Russian Federation for 2011 - 2013;

federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2011 - 2013. Item 2 of this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 18, 2008 N 960 "About federal standards of payment of premises and utilities for 2009 - 2011" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 51, the Art. 6181).

3. Item 2 of this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
