federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2012 - 2014.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2010 N 768 "About federal standards of payment of premises and utilities for 2011 - 2013" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 40, the Art. 5094).

3. Item 2 of this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
