1. Approve enclosed:

federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on average across the Russian Federation for 2013 - 2015;

federal standards of payment of premises and utilities on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2013 - 2015.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2011 N 1077 "About federal standards of payment of premises and utilities for 2012 - 2014" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 1, the Art. 122).

3. The federal standards approved by this resolution are subject to application to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013.
