According to Item 59.2 of Article 59 and Item 60.7 of article 60 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve applied:

Procedure for the direction to bodies of the State Tax Service of idea of implementation of actions for repayment of tax debt of the taxpayer and information on cancellation or change of the amount of the added monetary commitment;

form of idea of implementation of actions for repayment of tax debt of the taxpayer.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 24, 2001 No. 1387 "About approval of the Procedure for the direction to bodies of the State Tax Service of idea of implementation of actions for repayment of tax debt of the taxpayer and information on cancellation or change of the amount of the added tax liability by a court decision (economic court) from other monitoring bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 43, the Art. 1931).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
