About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning regulation of release and the address of electronic money
According to Articles 7, of 40, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, of 10, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with release and the address of electronic money, and also implementation of monitoring on such activities Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 25.06.2008 No. 178 "About approval of the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.07.2008 for No. 688/15379.
