About the further measures for implementation of compensation for expenses connected with delivery home of bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the dead abroad during implementation of labor activity by them

For the purpose of rendering social support to labor migrants citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the procedure for determination of the size and payment of compensation for expenses connected with transportation home of bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the dead abroad during implementation of labor activity by them.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation for expenses, the bodies of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic tied with delivery home, the dead abroad, during implementation of labor activity by them" of June 30, 2007 No. 255 the following changes:

- in all text of the resolution of the word to "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment" in different cases shall be replaced with words "To the center of employment of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases;

- the paragraph third Item 1 and Item 2 to recognize invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
