1. Approve the Order of interaction of divisions of regional customs, customs when implementing customs control and customs clearance of the goods containing objects of intellectual property right it (is applied).
2. (Black) G.M. to provide to management of non-tariff actions of regulation (Dzhigalov) of S. O. and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of State Customs Service of Ukraine Gutnik A. E.
