According to provisions of Articles 397 - 402 Customs codes of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 to No. 4495-VI and for the purpose of determination of single order of interaction of divisions of customs when implementing customs control and customs clearance of goods which contain objects of intellectual property right, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of divisions of customs when implementing customs control and customs clearance of the goods containing objects of intellectual property right which is applied.
2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of classification of goods and measures of regulation of foreign trade activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gutnik A. E.) provide in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of December 23, 2010 No. 1527 "About approval of the Order of interaction of divisions of regional customs, customs when implementing customs control and customs clearance of goods which contain objects of intellectual property right", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2011 for No. 66/18804.
