According to subitem 229.1.10 of Item 229.1 of article 229 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized by bank (tax receipts) issued before obtaining from excise warehouse of ethyl alcohol of not denatured, ethyl alcohol, the separate types of products which are used subjects of housekeeping for the production denatured (technical) and bioethanol it (is applied).

2. Determine that the tax bills of exchange issued according to Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) which are issued before obtaining from excise warehouse of the ethyl alcohol which is used for the production of separate types of products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 No. 796 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 34, the Art. 2069), and Procedure for release, the address and repayment of tax anticipation bills, avalized bank (tax receipts) issued for receipt of bioethanol from the excise warehouse which is used subjects of housekeeping - producers of the biological fuel approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of February 17, 2010 No. 146 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 11, Art. 547), and not extinguished before entry into force of this resolution, are settled according to requirements of the Procedure, approved by this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
