About approval of form of Tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources

According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of the Section II and the Section XVII of the Tax code of Ukraine, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine", I ORDER:

1. Approve form of Tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources which is applied.

2. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.):

2.1 submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2 provide bringing the order to permission of taxpayers.

3. To department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) to develop the corresponding software of computer data processing of tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources and appendix to it according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Lyubchenko O. M.
