1. Approve form of Tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 1019 "About approval of form of Tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 2011 for No. 45/18783.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.) provide:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. To the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Klimenko O. V.):
in three-day time after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide development of algorithms of control for acceptance and the automated processing of Tax calculation of collection for special use of forest resources;
