About approval of form and Procedure for creation of the Tax report of use of means of non-profitable organizations and organizations

According to Item 157.14 of Article 157 of the Section III of the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve form and the Procedure for creation of the Tax report of use of means of non-profitable organizations and organizations which are applied.

2. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1 submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2 provide promulgation of this order;

2.3 in three-day time from day of registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide provision to Department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) control algorithms for acceptance and the automated processing of the Tax report about use of means of non-profitable organizations and organizations.

3. To department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) to finish the software on acceptance and processing of tax statements of taxpayers regarding data processing of the Tax report about use of means of non-profitable organizations and organizations according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

4. Declare invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 11.07.97 N 233 "About approval of report form about use of means of the non-profitable organizations and organizations and the Procedure for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.08.97 for N 290/2094;
