About interpretation of Articles 29, 113, 114 Housing codes of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law is based on the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulations of other legal acts regarding provision to citizens of the rights to housing and its privatization.

Article 1. Operation of article 29 of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic extends to all citizens needing improvement of housing conditions.

In case of privatization of housing stock the available not populated premises both in hostels, and in the apartment houses assigned to the company, organization, the organization on the right of complete economic maintaining or on the right of operational management are provided to the workers of data of the companies, organizations, organizations consisting in queue on improvement of housing conditions.

Article 2. The local public administration the decision has the right to give to the apartment houses registered according to part 2 of article 113 of the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic as hostels the status of the apartment house again. These premises turn into permanent use of citizens and the regulations provided by the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding use of hostels do not extend to them.
