According to subitem 197.1.13 of Item 197.1 of article 197 of the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About features of privatization of property in agro-industrial complex" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Approve the list of the companies which are subject to privatization according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of privatization of property in agro-industrial complex" and which transactions on bezoplatny transfer of part of state-owned property (shares) to workers and persons equated to them are exempted from the taxation, according to appendix.
