According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

The paragraph one is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.02.2012 No. 133

Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings including in the basin of the river. Yew in the Transcarpathian region which is applied.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings including in the basin of the river. Yew in the Transcarpathian region

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the program "Protection against harmful effect of waters of rural settlements and agricultural holdings including in the pool of. Yew in the Transcarpathian region" (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is Mindovkolye.

Executive in charge of the budget program is Gosvodagentstvo.
