About administrative supervision of persons exempted from places of detention

For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) administrative supervision - the observation of observance by person exempted from the places of detention established by court according to this Federal Law of temporary restrictions of its rights and freedoms and also behind accomplishment by it of the obligations provided by this Federal Law performed by law-enforcement bodies;
2) administrative restriction - the temporary restriction of the rights and freedoms of person exempted from places of detention, established by court according to this Federal Law;
3) subsupervising person - person concerning whom administrative supervision is exercised;
4) the place of the actual stay - the chosen person exempted from places of detention and which is not taking residences or stay, the territory of the intracity municipality of the federal city, the territory of the intracity area (in case of its absence - the city) or the territory of the residential or rural location.
Administrative supervision is established for the prevention of making by persons specified in article 3 of this Federal Law, crimes and other offenses, rendering them individual preventive impact for the purpose of protection of the state and public concerns.
