About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state support to implementation of state private partnership

According to part three of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About public-private partnership" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the state support to implementation of public-private partnership which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, other central executive bodies during preparation of offers concerning introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" and designing of the Government budget of Ukraine the next years to provide expenses for provision of the state support to implementation of public-private partnership (dalshegosudarstvenny support).

3. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea during introduction of amendments to the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for 2011 and designing of the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea the next years to provide means for provision of the state support.

4. Recommend to local government bodies:

during modification of local budgets for 2011 and designing of local budgets the next years to provide means for provision of the state support;

approve procedure for provision of the state support concerning objects of utility property.
