2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.

This Provision determines procedure for issue and exchange of the car driver license for the right of control of the moped, motorcycle, car, structure of vehicles, by tram, trolleybus (further, unless otherwise specified, – the car driver license), exchange of the car driver license of sample of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, and also issue of the international car driver license.
2. In this Provision terms and their determinations in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About traffic" (further – the Law) and the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" are applied.
