About approval of form of the Tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer

According to provisions of Item 46.5 of Article 46 of the Section II and Item 8 of subsection 4 of the Section XX of the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer which is applied.

2. To department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1 provide this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2 provide promulgation of this order;

2.3 in three-day time from the date of registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide provision to Department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) algorithms of control of acceptance and the automated processing of the Tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer.

3. To department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) to finish the software on acceptance and processing of tax statements of taxpayers regarding data processing of the Tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

4. Declare invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 31.03.2003 N 146 "About approval of form of the declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer and the Procedure for its creation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.04.2003 for N 280/7601;
