About approval of form of the Tax declaration on the company income tax

According to Article 46 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Tax declaration on the company income tax which is applied.

2. (Hotsyanivskaya) to provide N. V. to department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1 submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;

2.2 in three-day time from the date of registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine provision to Department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation of algorithms of control for acceptance and the automated processing of tax declarations on the income tax of the companies;

2.3 promulgation of this order.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 29.03.2003 N 143 "About approval of form of the declaration on the company income tax and the Procedure for its creation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 08.04.2003 for N 271/7592;

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 10.12.2003 N 593 "About approval of the Changes to declaration form on the company income tax and the Procedure for its creation approved by the order GNA of Ukraine of 29.03.2003 N 143", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.12.2003 for N 1227/8548;
