2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 28.02.2011 No. 114 "About approval of form of the Tax declaration on the company income tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.03.2011 for No. 397/19135.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Lyubchenko O. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide:

3.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3.2. Promulgation of this order.

4. To the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Zakharchenko V. Yu.):

4.1. In three-months time of day of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide development of algorithms of control of acceptance and the automated processing of the Tax declaration.

4.2. Finish the software on acceptance and processing of tax statements of taxpayers regarding data processing of the Tax declaration according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.
