1. Approve form of the Tax declaration of results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity and the Procedure for accounting of results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity which are applied.

2. (Hotsyanivskaya N. V.) to provide to department of administration of the income tax and other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1 submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;

2.2 in three-day time from the date of state registration of this order to provide provision to Department of information and analytical ensuring processes of the taxation (Laba M.S.) control algorithms for acceptance and the automated processing of the Tax declaration about results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity;

2.3 promulgation of this order.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 30.09.2004 N 571 "About approval of report form about results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity, the Procedure for its creation and the Procedure for conducting tax accounting of results of joint activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.10.2004 for N 1388/9987;
