About the budget of the national social insurance for 2011

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Section I. General provisions

Art. 1. - The budget of the national social insurance for 2011 affirms according to the income in 9122778,7 amount thousand lei and on expenses as 9303545,2 amount thousand lei, with excess of expenses over the income in the amount 180 766,5 thousand lei.

Art. 2. - (1) the Code of the income and expenses of the budget of the national social insurance is provided in appendix 1.

(2) the List of the programs included in the budget of the national social insurance is provided in appendix 2.

Section II. Procedure of payments and the payments of fees of compulsory national social insurance and specific aspects relating to the income and expenses

Art. 3. - Rates of fees of compulsory national social insurance, terms of their transfer are provided to the budget of the national social insurance and submission by payers of declarations on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance, and also types of insured social benefits in appendix 3.

Art. 4. - From rate of fees of the compulsory national social insurance provided for the employers in the field of agricultural industry specified in appendix Item 1.4 3, part of rate in the amount of 6 percent the salary fund and other payments it is transferred into the budget of the national social insurance by means of transfers from the government budget.
