Single questions of legal regulation of stay of foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of regulation of procedure for stay of foreigners in the territory of the country the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of entrance and stay of foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, migration Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and demography in coordination with Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation till August 1, 2000:

1) to make in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with this resolution;

2) to provide development, approval and registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of regulatory legal acts for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. To render the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan assistance in realization of Item 2 of this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 10, 1993 N186 "About Rules of Stay of Foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N 7, the Art. 87);
