ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of Rules of entrance and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan and Rules of implementation of migratory control, and also accounting of the foreigners and stateless persons illegally crossing Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegally staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also persons to whom entrance on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited

According to the subitem 7) of Article 8 and Item 2 of article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About population shift" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of entrance and stay of immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Rules of implementation of migratory control, and also accounting of the foreigners and stateless persons illegally crossing Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegally staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also persons to whom entrance on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
