4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation when forming the draft of the federal budget for the next year to provide in expenses on the current content of the courts and bodies performing production on cases on administrative offenses, funds for expense recovery of persons in connection with their appearance on writ of summons, body to the official in which production there is case on administrative offense, and also on payment of their work.

5. To executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation when forming the budget statement for the next year to provide allocation to magistrate judges of funds for the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution.
