1. Set customs regime of movement of supplies.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on customs regime of movement of supplies.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on customs regime of movement of supplies

1. Movement of supplies - customs regime in case of which the goods intended for consumption and (or) use on ocean, river crafts and courts of the swimming mixed "river sea", aircrafts and in the trains used for paid international delivery of passengers or for paid or free international industrial or commercial transportation of goods (further hereinafter are referred to as sootvetstvennomorsky, aircrafts and trains), and also the goods intended for realization to passengers and crew members sea and aircrafts, move through customs border of the Russian Federation without collection of customs duties and taxes and without application of measures of economic policy.
