Eurasian Economic Community and Government of the Russian Federation,

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,

based on the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 and the Convention on privileges and immunities of Eurasian economic community of May 31, 2001,

for the purpose of creation of proper conditions for activities of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community in the territory of the Russian Federation,

in view of that the location of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community is Moscow,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the stated below terms have the following value:

EurAsEC or "Community" - the Eurasian Economic Community;

"Integration Committee" - Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community;

"Secretary general" - the highest administrative official of Community designated by Interstate council EurAsEC (Mezhgossovet);

"the deputy Secretary general" - the official approved by Integration Committee to position of the Deputy Secretary general for representation of the relevant state of the member of EurAsEC on the basis of the quota assigned to this state;

"officials" are persons approved by Integration Committee on representation of state members of EurAsEC according to the quotas for positions assigned to each state member which list is determined by Mezhgossovet;

"employees" - persons working as specialists on the basis of the employment contracts (contracts) signed with them, except for persons belonging to technical and service personnel;

"the relevant authorities" - the relevant federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies;
