being guided by interests of practical realization of provisions on boundary questions of the Agreement on deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas of March 29, 1996, the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000,

in view of the Agreement on information support of accomplishment of multilateral agreements of September 24, 1993 and the reached agreements of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States on boundary questions,

paying special attention to increase in reliability of protection of external borders and efficiency of information cooperation in this area,

attaching importance to legal regulation of the relations when forming and using information resources of the Parties on boundary questions,

aiming to render each other broader assistance in complete and high-quality replenishment of information resources of the Parties on boundary questions, ensuring their necessary protection and rational use in the course of interstate information exchange,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement following terms have the following value:

external borders - sites of frontiers of state members of Eurasian economic community (далееЕврАзЭС) with the states, not being associates;

legal regime of information resources - the regulations establishing procedure for documentation of information, the property right to it, information category on the access level to it and procedure for legal protection of information;

competent authorities - state bodies and the organizations of the Parties, and also the governing bodies of integration of state members of EurAsEC authorized by the Parties to be effective in certain quality;
